Ways to serve
There's a place at Station 88 for you, whether you want to fight fires, run EMS calls, or support the company behind the scenes.
Firefighter
Join our firefighting team and respond to calls alongside experienced crews.
EMS
Provide emergency medical services to neighbors when they need it most.
Junior Member
For ages 15–17 — learn, train, and serve while growing into the role.
Auxiliary
Support the fire company and community without riding the trucks.
General requirements
- Must meet age requirements for the position
- Valid driver's license (for operational positions)
- Pass a background check
- Complete a physical examination
- Commit to the training schedule
- Reside within the Selbyville, DE district
